Terms Of Service

You'll need to accept this TOS before seeing commission prices

PAYMENT
All payments will be done via invoice. The only currency I accept is American dollars (USD). I can not and will not accept other forms of pay unless otherwise stated.
Please consider your conversion rate.
-Payment is due upfront
-Payment plans available with commissions over 100$Notice: I use Stripe
All payments done through Stripe will take up to seven days to process.
I will not work on a commission until this process is complete.
This is for the safety of the client and myself.
Thank-you for understanding-You are paying for digital goods which is a service I provide, Therefor, you are paying for a service
-You will not be shipped any physical product unless it is physical traditional media

REFUNDS
-If I, the artist, am unable to complete a commission, a refund will be issued.
-If you, the commissioner, should come to me seeking to gain a refund the following will happen;
--)If the image has not been started at any degree you will receive a full refund
--)If your image has been started you will receive a refund based on the amount of work that I have already completed
--)If your image is completed, you will NOT receive a refund or any percentage
--)If you have gained a refund your image will not be sent to you, regardless of how much of it has been finished and I hold all rights to use the image that is left as I see fit

ART AND ARTISTIC RIGHTS
I reserve rights to the art I create while the owners retain the right of the characters.
-All artwork that I create is promptly my work to use as I see fit in the following;
--)Open public gallery
--)Portfolio
--)Printed materials
--)Any form of publication or promotional value
--)All artwork I create in commission work may be used in the following;
--)Repost with redirection to the creator, myself
--)For any personal use
--)This artwork may NOT be used for commercial purposes or resold by any means (unless stated otherwise)

Please note that if any piece I decide to use in printed or promotional value I will seek permission from the characters respective owners in situations that apply

I WILL
-I will try anything at least once.
-I am more than willing to work with you!
-Please keep in mind that my art is more "feminine" and muscle is not my strong suit, though I will work with you as long as you are patient with me. (I'm trying!)
-Human and anthropomorphic characters are welcome
-Mechanic and conceptual ideas are welcome

I WILL NOT
-Draw underaged characters in any fashion, safe for work or not safe for work. Period.
-Copyrighted characters (My Little Pony, Sonic, ETC)
-Draw from text reference (Exceptions can be made)
-Scat/Watersports
-Diaper/Baby
-Labors
-Real life individuals

CORRECTIONS
During the process I normally (but not always) send
-One pose WIP for general idea and posing
-One cleaned up WIP for face and larger details
-The final piece, where colour can be addressed-I am more than willing to make corrections!
-If I miss an element of your character or idea please remind me and I'll be right on it
-When making corrections, please be direct so that I don't misinterpret your correction as humor or a passing joke, many things go right over my head unless direct-I will allow three (3) corrections betwee the presketch and clean up phases
-Corrections made after the clean up stage will be charged $5 per correction, unless it is colour related.

Alternate VersionsPlease, during your submission let me know
if you are interested in alts in your piece PRIOR to paymentI will allow a number of alternate versions to be added but the process is easier when I know beforehand so that I may layer everything properly and show works in progress including this information.If you would like an alternate version to a commission after initial payment you will be charged a minimum of 10$ (USD). Please be concise in your request so we may get to work on it ASAP!

DISCLAIMER
-You must be 18 or older, if you are agreeing to Sweetsartwork's terms of service, you are responsible if you accept and are underaged that I am not responsible for persons who lie about their age
-I am allowed to refund a commission at any point, if I feel I am incapable of finishing or producing product by my own standards

To put it simply,
My life lives outside of my desktop. I can not spend all my time on my phone/computer/Ipad. I like to spend my day with my family and work at night. Sometimes it's hard to stay up after a solid day of running around
